Floral Arrangements: Custom and pre-designed bouquets for purchase and delivery
Wedding & Events: Full-service floral design and installation for ceremonies and celebrations
Subscriptions: Weekly or bi-weekly arrangements for homes and businesses
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Pricing: Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Delivery fees and taxes are additional.
Payment: We accept major credit cards via Stripe. Full payment required at checkout unless arranged otherwise for events.
Substitutions: Due to seasonal availability, we may substitute similar flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining design integrity.
Areas: San Francisco same-day, Bay Area next-day, Northern California 2-3 days
Times: We offer delivery windows but cannot guarantee exact times due to logistics
Failed Delivery: If recipient is unavailable, we'll leave in a safe location per instructions. Redelivery fees apply for address errors.
Cancellations: Cancel up to 24 hours before delivery for full refund. Within 24 hours: 50% fee. Same-day orders non-refundable once confirmed.
Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days. No refunds for subjective preferences unless significant quality issue.
Freshness Guarantee: 7-day guarantee with proper care. Contact us with photos for replacement or refund.
